We believe that premium burgers should be accessible to everyone, and our daily effort is to offer burgers with good ingredients at a competitive price.

Liberty's opened its first own establishment in October 2019 at 18 rue d'Aligre, 75012 Paris. Its burgers were voted best in Paris by Télérama and the YouTuber Ahmed Lndy, video linked. Gilles Pudlowski also wrote an article about our establishment.

• Accounting management of three restaurants (Farago, Canard&Champagne, Candelma): Reception, recording, and daily invoice verification

• Financial analysis of solid and liquid costs (calculation of raw material costs) and optimization of orders (negotiation with suppliers)

• Development of the commercial activity of the restaurants: prospecting for partnerships with works councils, managing communication on social networks, managing and updating websites

• Partner in a burger restaurant brand licensing project (LIberty Burgers) and assistance in the development of three licensed restaurants

• Filtering, CV selection, and initial orientation of five new employees

• Management of internal HR projects, meetings between employees from different sectors, and external events like High Potential Day (Forum of major Austrian companies)

• Updating the company website with the contact details of the 24 HR managers of VIG's European subsidiaries
