Malt is committed to creating a safe space where every individual can thrive both personally and professionally. Our priority in 2026 is to strengthen our inclusion policy regarding disability and professionals aged 50 years and older, for both our workforce and our community.
Assess the environmental impact of our actions
Following four years of measuring our carbon footprint, we officially committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2024 to establish our decarbonization trajectory.
This commitment ensures our climate strategy is backed by science. We are now finalizing our official targets and a detailed roadmap to achieve decarbonization across our operations.
Maintain excellence in compliance and certification
Malt’s commitment to transparency is reflected in our annual EcoVadis assessments. Over the past four years, we have improved our CSR performance, from Bronze to Gold medal status.
We are also a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), aligning our strategy with universal principles on human rights, labor, and the environment.
