At Les Tricots Marcel, I led the complete overhaul of the SEO strategy, repositioning the brand on key queries related to undershirts, "thermal underwear", and "made in France". Thanks to a targeted editorial approach (blog, product pages, link building, translations, internal linking) and technical site optimization, organic traffic more than quadrupled in less than 12 months. The brand is now on the first page for competitive terms like "men's undershirt", "thermal underwear", "tank top", or "cotton men's undershirt", which contributed to a significant increase in online sales with an excellent conversion rate. This work also laid the foundation for a stronger presence in AI engines like ChatGPT.

Commercial deployment in Germany and the Benelux region for brands offering 100% "made in France" products.

I coordinated promotion and matchmaking between French brands committed to "Made in France" and distributors/retailers located in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In just two months, 15 brands were integrated into the initiative, and 30 partner stores were activated, enabling a successful initial establishment in these high-potential European markets.

Supervision and management of four sales teams, totaling 20 employees.
