Since 2017, I have been supporting start-ups, agencies, and large companies in their translation and localization projects. My background in business management and customer service has taught me to put myself in the end-user's shoes: I know how to listen, understand expectations, and adapt the tone to strengthen the brand voice and improve the user experience.

AI is practical. But the human touch makes all the difference.
