First service delivered quickly. The delivered support was not of very good quality, and indigestible when not native. And later, after long weeks of waiting, she informed me that she did not have the willingness to complete her second mission and do the proofreading, thus giving the impression of having paid for and published something questionable. I unfortunately do not like this exercise, but I would have sincerely liked to give a different rating.
