o Conducting in-depth IT assessments, including:

• Assessing and optimizing system health: Continuous performance monitoring, identifying failure points, and implementing solutions to improve system stability and responsiveness.

• Analyzing network infrastructure and security protocols: Evaluating network architecture to identify vulnerabilities, implementing robust security controls, and proposing improvement strategies.

• Verifying compliance with industry standards: Auditing IT systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards, local and international regulations, and industry best practices.

• Responsibility for the cleanliness and general maintenance of the guest room, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

• Regular checking of equipment and facilities to ensure they are functional and safe.
