Architected and shipped a full B2B data management platform solo, from empty repo to production: Next.js 16 (App Router), NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Typesense, BullMQ, Redis, Docker, Vercel, Hetzner VPS. Every architecture decision, all the code, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Designed async automation pipelines (BullMQ + Redis) that absorb large Excel imports and generate reporting with no human in the loop, removing the distributor's manual operational work and keeping the UI fully responsive. Built real-time full-text search across hundreds of thousands of product entries with Typesense, turning a slow catalogue into a zero-friction browsing experience for B2B buyers. Owned the full product lifecycle: requirements, system design, multi-role access control, frontend, API, infra, and the direct feedback loop with the client.

Built an end-to-end online therapy booking platform: practitioner profiles, appointment management, and a client portal. Automated payment splitting with Stripe Connect: the platform invoices clients, routes practitioner payouts instantly, and handles tax reporting with no manual intervention, removing friction from both sides of the booking journey. Solved a regulatory constraint that prevented practitioners from invoicing companies by reframing it as a payment-routing problem, a product solution to an operational and legal blocker. Chose the stack (WordPress, WP Amelia, Stripe Connect, JavaScript) deliberately for speed to market and client budget, shipping fast over shipping fashionable.

Led the migration of a monolithic Next.js frontend to a Webpack 5 Module Federation micro-frontend architecture at Europe's largest staffing platform, enabling feature teams to own and deploy independently at scale. Mentored and guided squad engineers through the migration — architecture direction, code review, and shared-component standards across distributed teams — and stayed active in design critiques and product discovery alongside PMs, designers, and QA. Integrated Amplitude analytics platform-wide, instrumenting real user behaviour to drive product decisions in tight collaboration with product and data teams. Worked within a mature enterprise Design System, evolving shared components and enforcing consistency across distributed squads.
