What I do

I support companies with 50 to 300 employees, whether they are growing or restructuring, and need senior HR expertise without the commitment of a permanent hire. As a part-time HR Director, I act as a true HR partner integrated into your organization.

My services cover the entire HR function according to your needs: structuring HR processes, recruiting managers and key profiles, developing managerial skills, HR policy and social law, HR performance management, and change management.
