For 5 years, I worked in the music and cultural industry: production companies, festivals, cinema, cultural centers. Different universes, but everywhere the same observation.

Teams that work miracles with limited resources. Not the budget to recruit, an accumulating workload, and campaigns managed in a hurry due to lack of time to step back.

I learned to run marketing in constrained contexts: limited resources, tight deadlines, constant need to prioritize.

Today I support organizations on two fronts:

- **Marketing and Creative Execution**: campaign management, content production, marketing project management, asset coordination.

- **Operational Structuring and AI**: workflow audit, content system implementation, no-code automation, documentation so that processes can be maintained without depending on a single person.

I have a particular affinity for music, live performance, and culture, but the problems I solve (lack of structure, accumulating workload, makeshift processes) are found in many sectors. I remain open to other projects outside this scope, so please feel free to discuss them with me.
