Context

Role of BA/Analyst within the COO Office team of the Fixed Income department, covering 4 desks for the entire Americas region (USA, Canada, Brazil): Rates, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Emerging.

Responsibilities

• Project management for the decommissioning of the MyReport Builder reporting tool and migration to the Rosetta tool

○ Gathering American front-office requirements

○ Writing specifications

○ Support (training, assistance)

• Project management for the evolution of the "open repo" product IS for retrieving the "Closing Date" data when it arrives before the batch starts

○ Impact analysis

○ Coordination of the evolution with offshore IT teams based in Bangalore and Montreal

• Creation of statistical reports for Sales to support client prospecting

• Optimization of the new client onboarding process by implementing a system for managing inactive clients, resulting in a 25% reduction in onboarding time

• Establishment, with the Compliance team, of a procedure for controlling operational risk on daily reporting sent by repo traders to the FED and training of 2 consultants in Belfast to perform monthly controls
