I opened and managed my own coffee shop without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Before that, I have a background in finance and worked in audit, then in real estate private equity in London. This dual experience confronted me with the very concrete reality of entrepreneurship: financial decisions, operational management, human resources, mental pressure, and the solitude of the leader.

Today, I support people who want to open a coffee shop, brunch spot, or small restaurant, especially those who don't have a background in the restaurant industry and feel overwhelmed by the decisions to be made.

My role is not to "promise success", but to bring clarity, structure, and perspective on:

– financial viability (costs, margins, rents)

– key operational choices

– priorities before and during the opening

– the reality of daily life and mental load

I mainly work on a 1:1 basis, in the form of reflection and advisory sessions, to help avoid costly mistakes and make more confident decisions.
