This mission took place within the PSA team (Strategy & Architecture Hub), with the objective of defining and piloting medium and long-term architecture orientations in a context of IT system modernization. As an architect, I was responsible for framing and structuring the adoption of micro-services architecture, cloud, and generative AI: defining guiding principles, designing the target architecture, securing the industrialization trajectory, and supporting alignment between different stakeholders. The main challenge was to enable a progressive, controlled, and sustainable scale-up, ensuring the transition from experimentation to industrialized, large-scale usage.

As part of my mission within the VYV group, which launched a strategic program to build a digital platform to support the group's transformation projects, I intervened as an architect. I was responsible for supporting project teams in implementing solutions, ensuring compliance with architecture patterns, technical standards, and group best practices.

I contributed to securing the overall coherence of the platform, facilitating project industrialization, and ensuring their alignment with the target architecture trajectory.

As part of the RISE program, which aimed to implement an IT system centered around services rather than monolithic application blocks, I intervened as an application architect within the Risk department. My mission was to support teams in designing and developing the digital platform, ensuring the application of the program's architectural principles at the application level. I contributed to defining the service architecture, aligning solutions with the data-centric target, and securing technical and functional choices, in a context of high regulatory stakes and data reliability.
