I support organizations in launching and adopting digital and AI products — from scoping use cases to ensuring teams actually use them.

For 10 years in consulting firms, I was sent on assignments to large corporations, solution providers, and smaller companies to solve the same problem: a project progresses on the tech side, but no one has onboarded the people who will need to use it.

In 2025, I became a freelancer. My first assignment: lead the launch of a generative AI solution for legal professionals — from user discovery to partnerships with firms.

I also trained in Product Management (Maria Schools) to formalize what I had already been practicing for years.

Specifically, I intervene when a digital or AI product needs to be launched, when a deployment is approaching and teams are not ready, or to bridge the gap between business departments and product teams on a daily basis. I structure use cases, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption in the field.
