Control, analysis, and monitoring of expense reports on SAP Concur.

Preparation of various SAP usage processes.

Providing functional support to users on various SAP systems and escalating anomalies to IT support.

Preparation of quarterly CSR reports.

Participation in the launch of the new TimeSheet and monitoring of time spent reports (Project rOar on SAP).

Preparation of monthly closings, monthly forecasts, and budgets for the group holding.

Preparation of the group holding's 3-year Business Plan (VCP). Monthly and annual analysis of actual vs. budget for the holding's cost centers.

Loading budget and forecasts onto TM1, and personnel costs onto Anaplan.

Production of all documents and presentations for the Group CFO, COO, and CEO: Revenue, EBITDA, OPEX, quarterly investor presentations, and quarterly board meetings.

Ensuring the reliability of monthly results loaded onto TM1 (Draft Sales). Monitoring group non-recurring costs and projects (P&L and cash impact) and ensuring the reliability of data loaded onto AX and TM1.

Ensuring the alignment of TM1 CAPEX with BFC. Development of the D365 and AX usage process.

Development of the monthly closing process. Control and monitoring of IDEMIA GROUP building costs worldwide.
