Zineb El Ghiati

Graduated from Neoma Business School with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance; with 6 years of experience, Zineb has been involved at various levels in this field as well as in capital markets. Indeed, she spent the last 2 years at CACIB within the financial department (FIN/FPM) as part of the IWAY project where she was in charge of the project to implement daily accounting for Back Office Calypso BONDS. This experience within the investment bank allowed her to expand her knowledge of the bank's financial products as well as strengthen her mastery of business and methodological project management skills as a Business Analyst. Previously, Zineb worked for 3 years at Allianz within the IT department in the Asset Squad for investment accounting MOA. In this capacity, she ensured the Run (daily maintenance of tools) for the Middle Office, Back Office, and Asset Managers business on SAP. She also worked in an agile project mode on version upgrades of Allianz tools (EHP8 Project) and regulatory projects (taxation).

Having been confronted with transformation projects, she is aware of change management and process optimization issues. She also holds a PRINCE2 FOUNDATION certification, which is a project management method.
