Provide Level 2 support for system, network, telephony, and security incidents and requests.

Maintain operational condition (MCO) of servers (Windows/Linux), network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), and security solutions.

Supervise IT infrastructures using monitoring tools (Zabbix, etc.).

Apply security policies in line with HDS (health data hosting) regulations and GDPR.

Participate in updates, backups, replications, and virtualization management (VMware, Hyper-V).

Document procedures and maintain technical repositories.

Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate to Level 3 / integrators if necessary.

Configuration and management of network equipment: This includes the ability to configure, install, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Network monitoring and troubleshooting. Secure the network and plan the implementation and upgrade of network infrastructure. Configuration and management of local area networks (LAN): this involves setting up, configuring, and maintaining Cisco network equipment to ensure optimal connectivity and performance of local networks within an organization. Configuration and management of wide area networks (WAN): this concerns the design, configuration, and administration of wide area networks using Cisco equipment. WAN skills include setting up connections between different geographical sites, optimizing performance, and securing WAN connections. WiFi: this involves the design, configuration, and management of wireless networks using Cisco technologies. This includes planning the WiFi infrastructure, configuring wireless access points, managing connections, and securing wireless networks. VoIP (Voice over IP): this concerns the setup and configuration of IP telephony solutions based on Cisco equipment. VoIP skills include configuring communication servers, IP gateways, IP phones, and managing calls and advanced telephony features.

Fortinet: Experience in configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls. Cisco ASA: Knowledge and use of Cisco ASA security appliances. Meraki: Familiarity with Meraki cloud networking solutions. Microsoft Server 2012 R2: Experience in configuring and administering Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. Linux: Debian: Proficiency in the Linux environment, particularly Debian. GLPI Project: Participation in a project involving the implementation and management of GLPI software (Open Source IT Asset Management). Deployment: Experience in deploying and installing IT solutions. Project Management: Project management skills, including planning, resource coordination, and tracking key milestones.
