Moving from Service Delivery Organization to Engineering I've taken responsibility for teams running crucial parts of application ecosystem – web servers, part of Kubernetes, data transfer tool and networking. Key achievements:

• - building web hosting team and performing knowledge transfer

• - running upgrade of over 1000 servers to new Windows version, solving ongoing problems and keeping SLA and maintenance windows

• - running cross-department initiative focused on solving customer issues

Leading team of engineers responsible for delivery of Relativity products to customers using Microsoft Azure Platform. My team is responsible for the whole lifecycle of customer systems – from deployment, through maintenance to end of life. Special care we take about improvement of processes – like incident management and on reduction of events in cooperation with engineering department. I work on knowledge transfer and introduction of more project work instead of pure incident/change management. Key achievements:

• - growing team from 4 engineers to 22 people with 3 managers reporting to me

• - beside of operations team building automation/project team and site management team

• - constant high performance, keeping SLA levels

I've been leading team of engineers responsible for delivery of Unit4 products to customers using Microsoft Azure Platform. Deploying Unit4 products like BusinessWorldOn! and Student Management for customers worldwide (USA, Europe, Australia...). Full responsibility for deployed systems Security, Availability, Configuration, and so on. Our team designed technical solutions to meet requirements towards those systems and implement them using tools from Azure Platform and third-party vendors. Provisioned tens of environments for each product with planned fast growth in number of installations and software products within next years. Key achievements:
