• Led business analysis activities within a portfolio of system upgrade projects covering Mitel Telephony, Microsoft Server OS 2022, SQL Server 2022, SmartStream ERP, Pharos Printing, GoldenGate Replication, Active Directory, Domain Controller, MicroStrategy, PullPrint, MOVEit, GIS, DataFlux, and Trapeze.

• Conducted comprehensive requirements gathering, documentation, and validation necessary for upgrade planning, impact assessment, and transition to new environments.

• Developed and maintained Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, decision logs, test plans, and impact analyses, in accordance with TransLink's governance framework.

• Collaborated closely with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to define scope, dependencies, and cutover/rollback strategies.

• Served as the interface between internal technical teams and external vendors (Mitel, SmartStream, Pharos, Esri) to coordinate solution design, testing, and deployment deliverables.

• Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and migration validation activities to ensure data integrity, system readiness, and operational continuity post-upgrade.

• Contributed to risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and change management documentation for several parallel initiatives.
