• Led business analysis activities within a portfolio of system upgrade projects covering Mitel Telephony, Microsoft Server OS 2022, SQL Server 2022, SmartStream ERP, Pharos Printing, GoldenGate Replication, Active Directory, Domain Controller, MicroStrategy, PullPrint, MOVEit, GIS, DataFlux, and Trapeze.

• Conducted comprehensive requirements gathering, documentation, and validation necessary for upgrade planning, impact assessment, and transition to new environments.

• Developed and maintained Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, decision logs, test plans, and impact analyses, in accordance with TransLink's governance framework.

• Collaborated closely with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to define scope, dependencies, and cutover/rollback strategies.

• Acted as the interface between internal technical teams and external vendors (Mitel, SmartStream, Pharos, Esri) to coordinate solution design, testing, and deployment deliverables.

• Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and migration validation activities to ensure data integrity, system readiness, and operational continuity post-upgrade.

• Contributed to risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and change management documentation for several parallel initiatives.

• Developed a comprehensive end-to-end freight management framework for a small cross-border fleet, integrating business analysis, load planning, virtual back-office processes, and real-time dispatch support.

• Built an operational TMS-level dataset (drivers, vehicles, routes, clients, brokers, loads, fuel, maintenance, invoices), enabling accurate financial tracking, IFTA preparation, and regulatory compliance for Canada-US routes.

• Directed business development activities by leveraging broker forecasts, market analysis, and load board data to secure recurring capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and stabilize weekly revenue.

• Designed optimized weekly route plans to reduce deadhead miles, balance round-trip flows, and increase per-load profitability, while actively performing operational dispatch and daily coordination.

• Implemented structured documentation for workflows, SOPs, and back-office systems for dispatch, billing, payments, compliance, and driver support—acting as a virtual operations department for owner-operators.
