At Schmucker und Partner, one of the most recognized architecture firms in Mannheim, I had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects in the fields of public, hospital, school, and commercial architecture. My main responsibilities included:

Architectural design during the planning phase (LPH 1–5), in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Production of detailed technical plans on Allplan, adhering to German standards and regulations.

3D modeling and project visualization using 3ds Max and Corona for client presentations and competitions.

Coordination with engineers, consultants, and clients.

Participation in large-scale architectural tenders and competitions.

This experience allowed me to gain solid expertise in managing complex projects, refine my skills on Allplan and 3ds Max, and integrate into a structured work environment focused on quality and innovation.

At the Michael Schmidtchen firm, I actively participated in the design and development of various architectural projects, ranging from residential buildings to commercial projects. My role included:

Architectural design, from initial sketches to execution plans.

3D modeling and realistic visualization to aid in project presentation to clients and local authorities.

Preparation of building permit applications (Bauantrag) according to German standards and regulations (HOAI, LBO).

Coordination with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the technical and regulatory feasibility of projects.

Monitoring of planning phases (LPH 1–5), with a constant focus on quality, functionality, and adherence to deadlines.

This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in German architecture, perfect my mastery of ArchiCAD and 3ds Max, and develop a rigorous and creative approach to solving complex architectural problems.
