- Lead and execute Atlassian tool migrations from server to server, server to Datacenter, and server to Cloud.

- Administer and configure Jira Service Management (JSM), providing support for over 2000 users and clients, adhering to best practices.

- Execute Jira & Confluence server to Cloud migrations for over 600 projects / 500 spaces.

- Work with various plugins, including Structure, Xray, Tempo Planner, Timesheets, JMWE, JWT, ScriptRunner, Exalate, and Project Configurator.

- Generate complex reports and tasks using shell scripts and APIs.

- Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.

- Implement upgrades for Atlassian tools, collaborating with IT teams for infrastructure maintenance and system migrations.

- Provide recommendations to clients on best practices and standardization of Atlassian product usage.

- Conduct training sessions for clients on Atlassian product features, new releases, and plugins.

- Within the IT department, responsible for managing projects on Atlassian products to meet the needs of our internal entities.

My Role consists of:

- Setting up and configuring custom projects on Atlassian tools after analyzing functional requirements to propose various suitable solutions.

- Assisting stakeholders in writing the specifications.

- Breaking down high-level functionalities into manageable elements for the development team using the agile methodology.

- Managing and guiding the development team while facilitating scrum events.

- Managing updates and add-ons for JIRA & Confluence.

- Conducting regular reviews of Atlassian products to identify areas for improvement and create an effective action plan to ensure optimal performance, configuration stability, better security, and optimized license management.

- Managing workflows, custom fields, and using JQL (Jira Query Language) to create custom dashboards and advanced filters.

- Identifying requirements for complex reports/dashboards for development in Power BI/QlikView in conjunction with JIRA.

- Ensuring that functionalities are launched on time and are actively adopted by clients.

- Implementing a communication strategy to inform all stakeholders and provide regular reports.

- Ensuring that all project phases are appropriately documented.

- Assisting clients after project delivery with their improvement requests.

- Writing support training materials and user guides for end-users.

- Coaching and supporting users in adopting Atlassian tools.

- Being responsible for the success of the project team's deliverables within deadlines, quality, and according to the requested specifications.
