- Louis VuittonUX / UI / Art DirectorFASHION AND COSMETICSMay 2023 - July 2025 (2 years and 2 months)Paris, FranceAs an UX/UI Art Director within Louis Vuitton's digital team, I joined in 2023 the project for the redesign and evolution of the Maison's mobile application. My mission was to activate and structure the feminine universe, including fashion, jewelry, watchmaking, and perfumes, in order to enrich the user experience while preserving the aesthetic and emotional identity specific to Louis Vuitton.I worked on the UX strategy by analyzing user needs and the friction points of the current journey. This first phase allowed me to define smoother, more intuitive customer journeys that were more aligned with the expectations of a very demanding international clientele. The objective was to create a natural, elegant, and coherent navigation, faithful to luxury standards and the Maison's vision.To lay the groundwork for the new visual direction, I created mood boards that evoked a harmonious and contemporary feminine universe, while respecting Louis Vuitton's heritage codes. These aesthetic explorations helped establish a clear and ambitious visual tone for the project.I then developed the wireframes in Figma, structuring each screen according to a precise usage logic, prioritizing content, and anticipating interactions. This step served as the foundation for the creation of high-fidelity mockups, also produced in Figma. These mockups embodied the final version of the interfaces, with meticulous work on typography, composition, photography, and the overall coherence of the experience.This work was carried out in close collaboration with the product, marketing, development, and art direction teams. Together, we ensured that every decision contributed to a premium, fluid, modern digital experience that was perfectly aligned with the Louis Vuitton DNA.
