For 30 years, I have been supporting you in the holistic, strategic, and operational management of cross-functional digital transformation programs and projects with a strong business analysis component, in the management of strategic and complex project portfolios (SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large groups), in leading multidisciplinary international teams, change management, methodological support, and in the Transition Management of your IT organizations.

Versatile and highly adaptable, I regularly have the opportunity to work on a wide range of issues, from corporate strategy discussed with a CEO, to the needs of business units and support functions, the constraints of the IT ecosystem, operational and service continuity imperatives, to implementation issues with IT development and the integrator... I therefore attach particular importance, during my interventions, to adapting my discourse to my interlocutors and to playing a facilitating and interface role between stakeholders with multiple backgrounds, businesses, maturity levels, and skills.
