Project 1: O+O (Consumer Online+Offline)

Context:

The project's objective is to leverage data from various sources - Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Traackr, DV360, Oncrawl, etc. - to better understand consumer journeys, needs, and preferences by integrating online interactions (such as online purchases, ad clicks, and social media interactions) with offline data (including in-store purchases and event participation). This will enable L'OREAL to optimize marketing strategies, personalize consumer experiences, and improve the relevance of its online and offline advertising campaigns.

Project 2: Gold Retail

Context:

The project's objective is to leverage data from different sources such as SAP, RetailNext, NetRex, etc., by centralizing them on BigQuery. This process will then allow for the exploitation of this data through Power BI, and via a web and mobile application specifically dedicated to Gold Retail. The ultimate goal is to provide an integrated platform for real-time visualization and analysis of information related to inventory management, transaction counts, in-store traffic, CRM...

Project 3: BTDP (Beauty Tech Data Platform)

Context:

[Core of the data] - prepare and make raw data available for use cases (O+O, Gold Retail, etc…)

Tasks:

- Analysis of the functional and technical needs of the project

- Extraction of data from various internal and external sources (API, database…)

- Design and development of APIs in Python to facilitate data extraction and transformation

- Design and development of ELT data pipelines on GCP

- Optimization of SQL queries in BigQuery to improve data transformation performance

- Creation of views and materialized views for business KPIs

- Deployment of DAGs on Airflow for automation of data pipelines

- Configuration and deployment of GCP resources via Terraform

- Code reviews to ensure development quality and consistency

- Detection and correction of bugs

- Writing technical documentation on Confluence to describe processes and implemented solutions

- Close collaboration with data analyst and testing teams to ensure business data needs are met

- Participation in various meetings (Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retro…)

- Use of ServiceNow to track and resolve incidents reported by users

Mission 1: "Fullstack" Development of 3 digital solutions for Veolia Group businesses

- Development of new features and prioritization based on User Stories

- Development and use of REST APIs

- Deployment of Applications on App Engine

- Execution of unit and integration tests

- Deployment and go-live

- Detection and correction of anomalies

Mission 2: Management of business data at the Datalake level

- Creation of connectors for processing/inserting data into Datasets

- Construction and exploitation of ETL data pipelines

- Design and implementation of data pipelines using Dataflow for batch and streaming processing

- Participation in the POC for the redesign of the Core Datalake

- Detection and resolution of data processing incidents

- Elaboration of technical documentation (e.g., README) for each module and feature

- Execution of unit tests, integration tests, and TDD methods

- Use of OpenStack APIs (Nova, Neutron, Heat, Glance)

- Participation in documentation writing

- Estimation of task complexity through grooming meetings

- Use of internal group tools/libraries
