I spent the last year living in Toulouse with my family, and it confirmed what we'd been thinking: France is where we want to build our life. We're planning a permanent move back, and I'm looking for a Director of Product Design or Product Design Manager role at an enterprise or B2B SaaS company in France. I'm available for freelance design systems and product design engagements during the transition.

I'm a product design leader with nearly 20 years of experience across fintech, B2B SaaS, and enterprise platforms, sitting at the intersection of design leadership, product management, and front-end engineering. I've been promoted to Director twice and hold an AIPMM-certified product manager credential.

That mix of skills means I can go deep with engineers, speak the language of product and business, and help teams ship work that actually moves the needle.

At Cisco, I led the design system integration for Duo Security. At Participate, a redesign I led improved NPS by 10 points and cut UX support tickets by 80%. Earlier in my career, I led design engagements for Allstate, 3M, and Kohl's. I also founded CoupleFi, a fintech product I continue to run.

My French is CEFR A2 and actively improving after a year in Toulouse.
