• • Designed and led development of an AI agent for data migration support – a Claude-based plugin with three skills (Writer, Verifier, Learner) covering generation, validation, and continuous refinement of key migration artifacts.

• • Delivered legacy-to-IDIT® transformation at LB within planned budget, quality and timeline, preserving the full scope of business data (policies, contacts, claims, accounting, documents).

• • Designed migration architectures for two complex environments: group insurance at Folksam (multi-product/multi-entity) and agricultural insurance at

VH (hierarchical product structures at scale).

• • Established documentation, training and knowledge-management standards adopted across the migration team — accelerating analyst onboarding and ensuring delivery consistency across engagements.

• • Business and system analysis: as-is verification (requirements, use cases, activity diagrams) and to-be design (use cases, UI prototypes, business objects).
