Verify, correct and update entered information to ensure its reliability.

Carry out the classification and digital and paper archiving of source documents.

Participate in data quality control and report any anomalies.

Respect data entry deadlines and ensure the confidentiality of processed information.

• Entry, management and processing of nominative patient data/information (research, collection, pseudonymization, entry, dissemination, classification, monitoring)

• Control of feasibility and management of study logistics circuits (biomedical data and biological samples)

• Organization of data verification for monitoring visits

• Collection / collection of biomedical data and patient questionnaire face-to-face, planning of protocol appointments for participants

• Completion of documents, files (activity sheets, traceability, etc.)

• Monitoring and declaration of adverse events to the sponsoring center, if applicable

• Processing of letters, files, documents related to the study (registration, sorting, processing,

dissemination, archiving)

• Management and monitoring of biological samples, their preparation, their storage to the laboratories

• Referent for clinical services and support for inclusions with a driving role to maintain the adhesion of investigators to the project and to the protocol and maintain the pace of inclusions over the study period

• Information and advice to third parties (agents, patients, families, etc.) in its field of activity
