I have led and governed transformation portfolios across pharma, financial services, insurance, security services, and enterprise IT. Representative experience includes a 170-FTE global supply chain transformation office at Novo Nordisk, European technology portfolio governance impacting 124,000 employees at Securitas, post-merger integration of major pharmaceutical site acquisitions, and cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and third-party risk advisory for financial services clients.

I bring a practical combination of executive stakeholder management and hands-on technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, identity, automation, data, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. This allows me to translate technical complexity into business decisions — and challenge delivery plans where architecture, governance, vendor accountability, or risk controls are weak.
