In this role, I developed new methods, policies, and processes and rolled them out globally within the bank. In this role, I ensured that the entire bank globally uses the same method and functions to operate efficiently as a company and to comply with the rules of authorities and regulators. From a central team, I led the execution of analyses, wrote recommendations for the Executive Board, implemented changes, guided stakeholders through changes, and was responsible for successful implementation, including managing any blockages and impediments. I was also responsible for periodic reports to inform the management team and the board of directors about the progress.

In this role, I translate European policy and legislation regarding outsourcing for financial institutions into policy, standards, processes, and functions within the organization. I have
