Organize contract committees for markets over 500 k€ and propose the awarding of contracts in agreement with TOTAL Energies Governance (TGP, OneTech, CatMan...) once technical and commercial negotiation is aligned. Organize CATBOARD with national or international management of TOTAL Energies purchases for markets over 1.5 M€ for the awarding of contracts to CODIR members. Organize contract committees (bidder list or contract award) for markets over 50 k€ and propose the awarding of contracts in agreement with the specifier once alignment, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiation are finalized. Negotiation of purchasing terms and conditions related to equipment. Management of awarded project purchasing portfolios (MASSHYLIA, HVO, technical shutdowns, catalysts, line dismantling and Energy zeroing) Contract Management on the Elec/Instrumentation scope related to the Major Shutdown 2024 and execution of contracts/orders related to equipment (piping, valves, flanges, threaded rods, ... etc.) compliance with delivery schedules, expediting task management. Implement daily framework contract reviews, evaluation, proposal for improvement measures, HSE point. Drafting of contracts for spot needs. Ensure compliance with local or group framework contracts. Develop supplier monitoring and evaluate their performance (lessons learned, risk analysis, sourcing, turnover...). Management of claims/disputes and supplier relations on projects or technical shutdowns. Evaluation and audit of service providers/suppliers on site.

Technical purchasing steering for the maritime and robotic SUBSEA fleet. Sourcing of new suppliers (Engines, propulsion, Cranes, Shipchandler...). Steering of negotiations with suppliers from different countries (Africa, India, Dubai, France).
