Develop plans to optimize the flow of parts throughout their lifecycle. Work closely with data center technicians and engineers to quickly and accurately provide necessary parts, thereby avoiding any customer issues. Maintain a close relationship with procurement and hardware engineering teams for the purchase of new parts. Interact directly with suppliers to process hardware returns (RMA) and receive warranty replacements (over $3M saved). Ensure all billings associated with the inventory supply chain are accurate, validated, and ready for processing. Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies and gain a general understanding of corporate accounting and finance. Support the construction of new data centers as the logistics manager. Manage all material deliveries for data center construction, storage spaces, offices, kitchens, break rooms, etc.; create material lists for the logistics team with all required personal protective equipment (shoes, gloves, glasses) as well as for other teams, such as technicians. Perform manual tasks such as lifting loads up to 22 kg and transporting them over short distances, working in a noisy environment with high temperatures, between 15 and 32 degrees Celsius.

Perform monthly stock counts and implement corrective action plans. Prepare annual inventory and analyze discrepancies for a total of 18,000 items. Improve stock rotation by managing the flow of goods in accordance with internal logistics procedures. Manage order preparation, delivery tracking, and ensure compliance with customs standards and regulations.
