• Evidence-based research: Analysis of process problems within service, planning, coordination, commissioning, documentation, and ERP, using methods such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum. Research through observation, desk research, and interviews.

• Implementation and advice: Development of an improved working method with models such as DMAIC, departmental strategy, and problem-solving methods. Focus on organizational change and practically applicable research.

• Planning and coordinating: Structuring and organizing activities to achieve improvements, including task allocation, collaboration, and project management. Daily relationship management, short communication lines, and iterative feedback with stakeholders.
