During my internship, I participated in the administration and security of a town hall's IT infrastructure. I contributed to the deployment and configuration of Graylog for log centralization, analysis, and supervision. I also worked with Wazuh to enhance security incident detection, system integrity monitoring, and workstation and server supervision.

I participated in the administration of Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls, performing tasks such as managing filtering rules, access control, network traffic monitoring, and security policy enforcement. I also took part in diagnosing and resolving network incidents, as well as improving the overall security of the information system.

Skills developed: SIEM supervision (Graylog), intrusion detection (Wazuh), Palo Alto and Sophos firewall administration, log analysis, cybersecurity, incident management, network security, system and network administration.

Within SHIKH BÂTIMENT, I ensure the daily administrative management of the company. I create quotes and invoices, ensuring client file tracking and proper management of administrative documents.

I am also responsible for email management, including reading, sorting, responding to requests from clients and partners, and tracking communications to ensure fluid and responsive interaction.

Skills developed: administrative management, quote preparation, invoicing, customer relationship management, email management, organization, file tracking, professional communication, proficiency in office tools.

I worked to obtain my BTS SIO and completed internships, then obtained my BTS. I also have administrative skills from working in the building sector.

During my internship at Ascott Limited, I participated in the administration and support of the IT infrastructure for several establishments. I contributed to the centralized technical management of buildings (GTB/GTC) by monitoring equipment, controlling systems, and assisting users.

I also participated in managing Microsoft licenses, deploying and monitoring workstations, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for users. I used Robocopy to automate and secure data copy and backup operations on the network.

Finally, I conducted technical audits to assess the condition of IT equipment, identify anomalies, and propose improvement actions to ensure the reliability and security of the information system.
