Context: As part of the JO.E project, Zakaria played a key role as a Business Analyst, with a particular focus on managing User Acceptance Tests (UAT). His direct involvement in this process was crucial to the success of the project. Rigorous organization of UAT: Zakaria demonstrated excellent organization during the user testing phases. He ensured that each step was clearly defined and that users were well prepared, which optimized the time spent on testing. Consideration of business needs: His active listening and commitment to understanding user needs were essential. He was able to translate these needs into clear test criteria, ensuring that the results obtained were in line with the expectations of stakeholders. Rapid identification of anomalies: Thanks to his methodical approach, Zakaria was able to quickly detect anomalies during testing. This allowed the team to react promptly, establish effective solutions and limit the impact on the project schedule. Facilitation of communication: Zakaria acted as a bridge between the different teams involved, strengthening collaboration and communication. His ability to coordinate efforts greatly contributed to keeping the project on track.
