Zakariaa was instrumental in the implementation of our Customer Master Data, a one-year project in a complex context (multiple internal/external stakeholders, low level of stakeholder knowledge on master data topics, connection with CRM application and KYC reinforcement). Strengths: involvement / motivation / autonomy to deliver on time and with quality, Expertise in master data (data model, governance processes), dual functional and tools expertise, data crunching ability, project management skills, good interpersonal skills. Areas for attention: 1/ In his desire to do a good job, Zakariaa sometimes took over tasks from other teams to compensate for their inefficiency / lack of deadlines. 2/ In a complex and high-visibility project, it is important to thoroughly secure key risk areas of the project.
