Zaida Ramírez Del Cerro

I am a specialist in the e-learning sector. I began my career as a tutor for English and Spanish training, but soon I was given new responsibilities managing part of the training. In less than a year, I found myself leading a team of 20 people and managing online training for several important clients.

I now have 10 years of experience in both management and teaching in this field. I always strive to stay up-to-date, and since my degree in English Philology, I have continued to train in areas of education, HR, and most recently, graphic design.

For the past couple of years, I have been leveraging my e-learning knowledge and developing it as a consultant for an important training company. My HR knowledge helps me connect more easily with colleagues and clients; and my position as a student often allows me to put myself in their shoes to manage better training.
