Financial steering of a portfolio of DIVS transformation and digitalization projects. Preparation of closing, forecast, and budget (Operative Planning N+1, Flight Path N+5) and analysis of possible scenarios. Implementation of a project savings evaluation model: support for the business case process, scoring of projects by site (factories and assembly lines). Preparation and validation of purchase orders with various suppliers: drafting of the commercial offer and delivery plan for milestones, monitoring supplier invoices (PO workflow on CnB), support for project managers in the workflow validation process in compliance with Group rules.

Responsible for preparing Monthly Program Reviews (MPR) as a Business Partner to program managers: arbitration on industrial variances, monitoring the progress of project portfolio costs to completion and corrective actions. Evaluation and updating of Risks & Opportunities at each budget review, re-evaluation of the cost to completion, revenue, and payment plans (cash monitoring). Analysis of actuals and development of monthly closing reporting, budget steering: forecast, monthly budget (N+1), and multi-year budget (N+5). Project controlling: project notification in SAP, allocation and budget monitoring of projects (CBB) in Primavera and SAP BW by WBS until project completion, resource allocation, calculation of price revisions on the DGA market project portfolio.

Responsible for controlling reactor mat activity: closing, forecast, and Operative Planning, analysis of RC/NRC. Alignment with central finance and the A400M program: convergence for operative planning, validation of new projects. Implementation and monitoring of the learning curve, monitoring cost impacts related to Rate Evolution, presentation of analyses in steering committees with Plant Management and Central Finance. Participation in process improvement projects related to Airbus & Group integration (Enterprise Risk Management Quality Process). Assistance in preparing financial reports at the Group level (Board of Directors Presentation and Financial Analysis Pack). Responsible for coordinating a financial deliverables tracking tool and designing a procedures manual for the finance function (Financial Handbook).
