Within Geodis's digital platform, I was responsible for analyzing cloud infrastructure costs and producing a monthly report for management. This report presented the costs of the three cloud providers (Azure, Cloudera, and Confluent) at various aggregation levels to analyze cost trends, identify the drivers of cost increases, and verify the impact of cost-saving measures implemented by the platform.

In this role, I manage a portfolio of projects migrating to Sodexo's official cloud platform on Microsoft Azure, from on-premise infrastructures or other cloud platforms. Liaising with architecture, security, network, DevOps, and application teams, my role is to organize the migration project by assessing needs, costs, and timelines, and coordinating all teams' actions to ensure the project progresses within deadlines, budget, and other constraints until the migration is complete and the existing application is decommissioned.

As a Data Project Manager within the Group Data Platform, I assist Total's business units in their data migration or cross-referencing projects in the Cloud (Microsoft Azure) for decision-making purposes. I coordinate all project stakeholders: data architects, data engineers, BI developers, data flow and infrastructure teams, and application owners of data sources, in agreement with the Business Project Manager. I assist the Data Platform manager in formalizing project processes, developing and formalizing a service offering with a scalable billing model. I also assist them in team management, setting individual objectives and qualitative delivery criteria, recruiting new resources, managing services, and proposing new profiles suitable for the platform's needs.
