For example, for a large pharmaceutical group, I framed a 3-year AI roadmap with a budget of €12 million: maturity assessment, identification and prioritization of use cases, analysis of prerequisites (people, IT, data, process, strategy) and ROI, followed by a 3-year rollout with annual revisions to sustainably embed value in the organization.

As a specialist in AI governance and compliance, I help organizations structure their AI risk management frameworks and pragmatically deploy a trusted AI framework aligned with the AI Act and GDPR. I work with you to establish governance committees, map high-risk systems, define usage policies, implement controls, and documentation, creating a framework that is simple to operate, robust against regulators, and understandable by your business teams.
