• Optimization of the contribution value of MBSA group partnerships internationally across 19 territories, 91 points of sale, improving the net profit of the perimeter by €15 million over the last 5 years.

• Maximization of service platforms for international networks in terms of commercial animation, concept adaptation, market positioning, purchasing consolidation, financial reporting, marketing. Propose specific and adapted actions for each partner.
