Head of the legal department within an employer network in the home help sector, with direct involvement in employer functions, strategic support for member organizations, and participation in sector representation bodies.

Handling all social law issues, both individual and collective, in an environment strongly structured by the branch collective agreement (BAD) and marked by complex social, organizational, and human challenges.

This role led me to combine legal expertise, employer decision-making, operational support, and social dialogue, both at the organizational level and in collective and institutional frameworks.

Examples of achievements:

Served as a labor court judge in the miscellaneous activities section, employer college, involving the examination and handling of individual labor dispute cases.

This experience strengthened my practical understanding of litigation processes, the weak points of employer practices, and the issues of evidence and procedure, with a direct impact on my advisory and training practices upstream of litigation.
