DES SYSTEMES ET DES HOMMES (2014) - INTRA

Missions:

▪ Project mode work for COLAS following migration of BO WEBI XI3 to SAP BO WEBI BI4

▪ Pedagogical design (15 days)

▪ Training of expert BO users on the novelties of SAP BO BI4 (10 sessions)

▪ BO Novelties, Initiation and improvement course materials built on HR and Accounting professions

▪ 90 expert BO users trained (10 sessions)

▪ 150 users trained as part of the Colas Campus (20 sessions)

▪ SUP DE V Saint Germain en Laye: CRM training for 5 years for bachelor students (2 days/year)

▪ POLE LDV (ILV, EMLV): BO training for management control master's students for 4 years (3 to 6 days)

Develop the training activity of the IT services company in the field of business intelligence via the proposal of a complete offer, responses to customer requests, the conquest of new customers, the preparation and animation of sessions.

✓ Animation of training sessions including the preparation of supports with objectives, course plan,

pedagogical course alternating theory and practical exercises

✓ Preparation of training sessions animated by other consultants: analyze the existing, manage the

internal skills and availabilities, ensure logistics..

✓ Monitoring of customer requests: receipt of requests, identification of resources, responses, tariff negotiation..

✓ Creation and monitoring of the Training offer:

Responsible for Multi-Channel Commercial Statistics and Analysis on STANLEY, FACOM, BOST brands (70 internal customers)

✓ Development of specific tools on WEBI XI2 for the sales forces in particular

✓ Sales analysis and recommendations to the commercial and marketing management

✓ Digital Distribution Study (cash register outputs crossed by customer / reference)

✓ Development of BCG-type matrices by product families to feed the marketing strategy

products and referencing plan

✓ Issuer of BI project orders and internal consultant with BI Europe members (meeting, conference

calls) to create and automate strategic or complex reporting
