Yves Jassaud

Consultant, particularly in the fields of Lean Management, either through training or strategic alignment (Hoshin Kanri), and Intercultural Management, with 40 years of experience in a major international group. Through over 11 years of expatriation (India, Cambodia, Benelux), primarily as General Manager, and 12 years of international project management, I have strong intercultural experience. Regarding Lean Management, I was in charge for 5 years of deploying this methodology within a branch of a major international group. This mission particularly involved designing training programs, delivering training to employees worldwide, and coaching projects. I trained over 700 employees both in-person and remotely during this period with a satisfaction rate above 90%. I also coached project managers and personally led several projects. I have also led numerous strategic alignment sessions for management committees, subsidiaries, or factories. All these experiences have allowed me to develop skills in leadership, adaptability, and teamwork, to advise all types of structures and organization sizes, from SMEs to international groups, and to train their employees in both Lean Management and Intercultural Management.
