1. Preliminary Studies and Technical Diagnostics

Before any demolition operation, we carry out detailed preliminary studies. This includes conducting technical diagnostics, such as asbestos, lead, and other hazardous substance diagnostics.

2. Structural Analysis and Demolition Planning

We perform an in-depth analysis of the structure of the building to be demolished. This analysis identifies load-bearing elements, technical constraints, and defines the most appropriate demolition methodology.

3. Waste Management and Material Valorization

One of the crucial aspects of our mission is the management of waste generated by demolition. We implement waste management plans that promote material valorization (recycling, reuse), while complying with current environmental regulations.

4. Coordination and Works Supervision

As a Demolition Engineering Firm (BET Démolition), we ensure the coordination of the different phases of the demolition site. This includes supervising on-site teams, managing interfaces with other stakeholders (project managers, construction companies), and rigorously monitoring the works to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and safety standards.

5. Feasibility Study and Technical Advice

We assist our clients from the project design phase by conducting feasibility studies. These studies assess the technical and economic options for demolition and propose solutions adapted to site constraints.

6. Drafting of Specifications and Tender Documents

We are responsible for drafting specifications and tender documents (DCE). These documents detail the technical requirements, methods to be followed, and selection criteria for contractors, thus ensuring execution in accordance with the client's expectations and regulations.
