**Financial Modeling**: Development of complex business models to assess the viability and financial impact of large-scale projects for local authorities, facilitating their investment decisions.
**Key Achievement (Merger)**: Orchestration of the entire merger process for the group's entities, including valuation, coordination of audits, harmonization of accounting systems, and team integration.
