After more than 10 years of international operational management and almost 3 years as an employed management consultant, I founded amaito consulting.

My area of expertise includes strategic consulting, holistic

project planning, organization, and implementation of operational customer

service and business service processes on an international level. A

further focus of my work is the coaching of executives and project managers.

One of my most important qualities is the ability to efficiently and profitably integrate IT and business service processes with an organization's customer service workflows for employees, companies, and customers.

My many years of experience in leadership, consulting, and quality assurance in international corporations enable me to evaluate complex decisions (operational and strategic) in heterogeneous environments and to define the

right measures together with you.

An important aspect of my consulting is the systemic, holistic consideration of the environment when developing a suitable solution for you. I place value not on imposing existing process and quality standards (ISO, ITIL, EFQM, ...) on the organization like a template and then implementing them. Rather, I use my experience with these standards to define with you how much standardization and how much customization the company can "tolerate" - and how much is sensible. The consideration of the company's cultural aspects is an important building block for the success of a project or process optimization.

This way, we not only achieve customer satisfaction, but also enthusiasm!
