Yves Beaulande

I spent part of my professional career in local government from January 1984 to January 2014 within the services of the Hauts de Seine department, carrying out building construction project management missions. Subsequently, in February 2014, I joined the Directorate of Public Works and Architecture of the City of Paris to carry out the same type of mission.

Based on my training in the study and execution of construction work and drawing on solid field experience in Building and Civil Engineering, I acquired a very pragmatic approach that later served me well in the construction or renovation/rehabilitation projects (all trades) in which I was involved.

During this period, the projects I was responsible for enabled me to acquire all the necessary skills in project management, from feasibility studies through programming, bid analysis, and contract award to the acceptance of works.

To successfully complete these projects within the framework of public procurement for works or intellectual services, I therefore practiced operational management in accordance with the procedures defined in the public procurement code.

Being retired since 2019, I offer consulting assistance missions to companies and various intellectual service providers (design offices, engineering consultancies, etc.) wishing to respond to public tenders for the preparation of their bids or by assisting them in the execution of these contracts once obtained to deal with the specific regulatory procedures related to the execution of public procurement contracts.
