- Airtable base with 13 categories (construction sites, quotes, invoices, personnel, activity reports, expenses): cost and margin formulas, rollups, conditional validations

- 3 interfaces per role: Management (dashboard, quote validation, planning), Business Developer (sales, invoicing), Field (mobile, activity reports)

- 8 Make scenarios: PDF quotes + email, end-of-stage notifications with photos, cascading unpaid follow-ups, formal notice, budget overrun alert

- Including 2 scenarios with AI: writing context-adapted follow-ups, automatic data extraction from expense justifications

- Technical documentation + user guides per role

Complete overhaul of operational management on Airtable + Make, replacing proprietary business software.

- Modeling of a 10-category database (lots, consignors, buyers, sales, payments, collections, withdrawals) with relationships, formulas, and automatic statuses

- Automatic commission calculation (buyer, consignor, expert) and payment balance tracking

- Business interfaces and views by stage (sales preparation, lot entry, payment and withdrawal tracking, consignor statements) + entry forms

- Make deployment automations: buyer slips (PDF) generated and sent, staggered payment reminders, automatic import of sales results

- Objectives: centralization of tracking, elimination of double entries, information reliability among colleagues
