bp2r was a Supply Chain consulting firm specializing in transport, which helped shippers (manufacturers and distributors) to sustainably improve their logistics and transport performance by focusing on three areas: cost optimization, service level improvement, and GHG reduction. Solutions Pole Director (from 2016 to 2023) My mission was to create a new "practice" to support our clients in digitalizing their transport activities. I deployed over 70 missions for manufacturers and distributors, from large mid-cap companies to CAC40 companies: Moët Hennessy, L'Oréal, Groupe SEB, Leroy Merlin, L'Occitane en Provence, Bridgestone, Groupe Avril. I also supported TMS software providers: Manhattan Associates, Oracle, Acteos, Alpega, Savoye, and investment funds looking to acquire transport digital solutions.
