Structured language programming on Schneider PLC (Software: Control expert, PL7): Use of Modbus, Ethernet network. IOLink management. Complete programming of special machines (Latest project in 2024: PLC, 3 FANUC Robots, Siemens rotary table, Festo electric cylinder, 2 datamatrix readers, 5 motorized conveyors). Machine retrofitting (PLC, HMI, or robot). Component traceability management. HMI (KEP, Easybuilder Software): Creation, improvement. Machine air consumption management: In collaboration with our supplier (SMC), commissioning and programming development with data reporting to the plant server for analysis. FANUC Robot: Commissioning, programming, DCS, and trajectories. ABB: Point transfer. Industrial vision camera and code reader parameterization (Keyence). Project monitoring (Integration of new products on line, product transfers, special machines, etc.). Collaboration with various departments (R&D, Process Engineering, Mechanics, etc.) on product design for industrialization.
