• Fatigue calculation and analysis (Low Cycle Fatigue): calculation on low-pressure turbine rotor and stationary ring disks of the LEAP-1B, with study of the impact of thermomechanical stresses on lifespan.

• Lifespan optimization lever: transition from a radial material network to a tangential network to improve the lifespan of LP turbine rotor disks.

• Rotor model data input: integration of clamping stresses, aerodynamic forces, pressures, and thermal conditions into FE models.

• Evaluation of Inter-Sector and Inter-Blade openings and clearances: analysis of clearances under clamping on inter-disk bolted connections (Quality Escape analysis).

• Cross-functional reviews (RIM): preparation of review sessions with experts to validate studies and calculations.

• Research and development of mechanical solutions for the lifespan of test bench 20ER – new bench developed by Safran Aircraft Engines and GE.

• Design of mechanical solutions and support structures for engine test benches (LEAP 1A for Airbus, LEAP 1B for Boeing, LEAP 1C for COMAC, RISE, M88 for the military sector, …).

• Mechanical resistance verification: Calculation of the structural integrity of viable solutions after B/C maturity reviews.

• Structural optimization strategies: Reduction of stress concentrations, mass lightening, and structural optimization with objectives of flexibility, inertia, and stiffness.

• Onboarding teams on operational issues in collaboration with management

• Facilitation of Gemba field sessions: identify and optimize operational performance

• Implementation of visual management: improve team communication and responsiveness.
